Auxiliar de Atención a Proveedores

About the role

This position supports the Finance department by handling supplier inquiries and processing fiscal documents related to payments. The role ensures that all paperwork complies with legal and internal control standards, enabling smooth accounts‑payable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and validate fiscal documents (invoices, credit/debit notes, payment receipts) according to internal procedures and legal requirements.
• Respond to supplier queries through the Zendesk platform, guaranteeing timely, accurate, and high‑quality communication.
• Administer and maintain records of payment receipts received from suppliers.
• Prepare and provide the necessary fiscal documents to the accounts‑payable team for system entry.
• Participate in quarterly physical inventory audits.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Public Accounting, or Business Management.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably with supplier support or accounting duties.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Required skills

• Zendesk platform usage.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
