About the role

We are looking for a Regional Brand Manager to lead the development, execution and monitoring of brand strategies that drive growth, positioning and profitability for a leading food and beverage company. The role will be pivotal in managing the brand portfolio and collaborating cross‑functionally with commercial teams, trade marketing, agencies and support functions to ensure consumer‑focused initiatives are implemented effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic brand plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the brand portfolio to ensure market growth and strong positioning.
• Lead the creation of communication campaigns and brand activations.
• Coordinate creative agencies and external providers to guarantee effective execution.
• Analyze market data, brand performance and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
• Administer marketing budgets and monitor return on investment.
• Work closely with commercial and channel marketing teams to drive results across modern and traditional channels.
• Translate consumer insights into actionable strategies that add business value.
• Monitor financial and business indicators to optimize outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in brand management, strategic marketing or category management within a mass‑consumer environment.
• Proven experience developing and implementing commercial and marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of market research, data analysis and business KPIs.
• Experience working with creative agencies and cross‑functional teams.
• Advanced analytical skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
