Supervisor de Mantenimiento

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the planning and execution of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment and facilities within the assigned area. The role ensures asset availability, reliability and performance while supporting productivity, quality and cost objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer preventive, corrective, predictive and general service maintenance plans and close work orders with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate and supervise execution of maintenance activities on plant equipment, steam, compressed air, HVAC, vacuum, extraction, water storage and distribution systems.
• Ensure compliance with the Global Quality System (GQS), GAMS, and Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (EHS) requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report on maintenance effectiveness.
• Manage resources to meet operational needs while adhering to safety standards.

Required profile

• Experience in supervising maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality system documentation and internal/external customer expectations.
• Ability to enforce health, safety and environmental policies.
• Strong organizational skills for tracking work orders and documentation.
