Academic Project – Automated Classification of ECG Images Using Deep Learning Techniques

Collaborated in a four‑student team to develop a Python desktop prototype that classifies ECG images into four clinical categories. Managed a dataset of 11,148 labeled ECG images and CSV labels, ensuring organized and accurate data handling. Implemented image preprocessing, model evaluation, and generated structured technical documentation and PDF reports. Integrated a user interface for ECG uploads, prediction display with probability scores, and downloadable reports. The project demonstrated proficiency in Python, data processing, and documentation within a biomedical informatics context.
