About the role

We are seeking a Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks expertise to support our finance department. The role involves processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, and managing invoices while ensuring data privacy compliance.

Key responsibilities

Collect and review data for financial reports.
Manage invoices and register vendor bills.
Prepare and process payments.
Perform account reconciliations.
Identify and suggest improvements for accuracy, efficiency, and cost reduction.

Required profile

Advanced English proficiency.
Experience in commercial construction accounting.
Solid understanding of accounting principles.
Integrity and strong mathematical abilities.
Awareness of data privacy standards.

Required skills

QuickBooks (including QuickBooks Projects).
Google Suite – Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail.
Microsoft Office – Word, Excel.
Hubstaff (web and desktop apps).
Zoom for meetings and breakout rooms.
