About the role

The organization seeks a dedicated specialist to lead internal control and enterprise risk management activities in its Tegucigalpa office. The role supports the mission of protecting vulnerable children by ensuring robust corporate security, compliance, and risk mitigation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
• Conduct internal audits and produce executive and managerial reports.
• Create and maintain risk matrices and assess tax‑related compliance.
• Coordinate corporate security initiatives and oversee 4x4 vehicle operations when required.
• Lead risk analysis, evaluation and the implementation of corrective projects.
• Ensure confidentiality and high reliability in handling sensitive information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Public Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related fields (Security, Risk Management, Compliance).
• Proven experience in corporate security, internal control, audit and risk management.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
