Recruitment Specialist – Talent Partner (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist (Talent Partner) to own and continuously improve the full recruitment cycle, from first outreach through pre‑onboarding, for our growing network of Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will combine empathy, speed, design sense and AI‑driven automation to create a memorable candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including outreach, interviews and pre‑onboarding.
• Design and refine recruiting communications, templates, surveys and interview instructions.
• Partner with hiring teams to keep processes moving with urgency and quality, providing feedback and acting on received feedback.
• Use recruiting data to spot bottlenecks and continuously optimise the candidate journey.
• Redesign workflows leveraging AI and automation tools.

Required profile

• Candidate‑obsessed mindset, respecting candidates’ time and providing clear feedback.
• At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, People Ops or related fields.
• Strong communicator in English (C1+), both written and spoken.
• Curiosity about AI, with hands‑on experience redesigning workflows using AI.
• Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Notion, Google Workspace and spreadsheet tools.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and automation platforms.
• Ability to implement AI‑driven recruiting automation.
