About the role

Support the CEO in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment, handling both administrative and operational tasks remotely across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
Improve workflows, conduct data analysis, prepare reports, create SOPs, maintain documentation, and coordinate internal projects.

Required profile

2+ years of professional experience in any field (EA background not required).
Experience working closely with senior leaders.
C1 level English, both written and spoken.
At least one role with a minimum two‑year tenure.
Proactive attitude and comfort with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and AI tools.

What we offer

Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total.
Raises every six months, fixed schedule, no overtime or weekends.
