Webflow Developer (Remote)

About the role

We’re looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to join our team. In this role, you’ll create high‑performing websites and landing pages that balance sleek design with conversion‑focused functionality. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to deliver impactful digital experiences that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build responsive websites, landing pages, and microsites using Webflow’s designer and CMS.
• Manage Webflow CMS collections for scalable content updates such as blogs, case studies, and job boards.
• Create custom animations, interactions, and dynamic effects to enhance user experience.
• Optimize performance to meet Core Web Vitals, ensuring fast load times and SEO readiness.
• Configure SEO settings, meta tags, structured data, and clean semantic HTML within Webflow.
• Integrate third‑party tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Google Tag Manager, and various CRMs.
• Conduct cross‑browser and device testing, QA, and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with marketing to A/B test layouts, CTAs, and funnel flows for conversion optimization.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of hands‑on Webflow development experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conversion‑focused landing pages and websites.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with React or Vue.js is a plus.
• Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Experience setting up analytics and tracking tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
