Bilingual Dental Hygiene Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Dental Hygiene Coordinator to join our remote team. The role focuses on managing the hygiene schedule, making outbound recall calls, and ensuring patients keep up with their dental care, all while communicating fluently in English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the dental hygiene appointment calendar to maximize productivity.
• Make high‑volume outbound recall calls to patients due or overdue for hygiene visits.
• Follow up with patients to schedule, confirm, and re‑confirm hygiene appointments.
• Identify open slots and proactively fill them to meet department goals.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the practice management system.
• Provide a courteous, professional experience in every phone interaction.
• Collaborate with the dental team to support overall scheduling needs.
• Occasionally cover after‑hours calls while staying within a 40‑hour weekly schedule.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in a dental office, preferably in scheduling, hygiene coordination, or front‑office roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable making frequent outbound calls and managing a high volume of patient interactions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication.

Required skills

• Experience with Eaglesoft dental software.
• Experience with Open Dental (required or highly preferred).
• Familiarity with RevenueWell patient communication platform.
