About the role
The Contact Center Analytics Coordinator will be responsible for managing and monitoring production servers, creating ETL processes, and overseeing reporting services such as SQL Server, IIS, Power BI, and Reporting Services. The role ensures data integrity and compliance with IT governance policies.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and monitor the performance of assigned servers and reporting platforms.
- Ensure server compliance with IT governance policies.
- Daily monitoring of scheduled jobs to guarantee up‑to‑date information.
- Maintain proper data handling and efficiency according to established guidelines.
- Execute and validate monthly database closures.
- Create required views and tables for supporting areas based on control parameters.
Required profile
- Degree in Systems Engineering or equivalent.
- More than 5 years of experience managing servers and integration services.
- Proactive attitude with effective communication and teamwork skills.
