Coordinador de Capacitación y Desarrollo Organizacional (Temporal)

About the role

The position is responsible for planning, executing and monitoring all corporate training programs, ensuring they meet defined objectives and align with the company’s operational procedures. It also supports ongoing Organizational Development initiatives to foster a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate leadership, talent development, onboarding, mentoring and individual development plans.
• Track performance‑management cycles, guarantee timely evaluations and provide support to managers and employees.
• Administer the learning management system (LMS), assign courses, monitor progress and generate training reports.
• Lead talent‑management projects such as succession planning, potential assessments, 9‑Box grids and talent reviews.
• Analyze training and development metrics, produce dashboards and recommend actions for decision‑makers.
• Assist with change‑management and cultural‑transformation initiatives, promoting adoption of new processes.
• Organize logistics for workshops, training sessions and organizational‑development events.
• Partner with HR business partners and line managers to identify development needs and propose solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum two years of professional experience in HR training, learning and development, or organizational development.
• Solid understanding of HR administration and training processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
