Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a professional, customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Follow up on requests to guarantee full resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and escalations.
• Escalate complex matters to the appropriate internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer concerns.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, support, call centre, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Comfortable using CRM systems, communication platforms, and other digital tools.
