Listing Coordinator – Short‑Term Rental Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Listing Coordinator to manage and optimise property listings on major short‑term rental platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com. The role combines marketing copywriting, SEO knowledge and close collaboration with operations to maximise occupancy and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and optimise listings across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other channels.
• Write compelling, SEO‑friendly titles and descriptions that attract bookings.
• Maintain accurate information on amenities, pricing, availability, house rules and policies.
• Organise and enhance property photos, captions and listing order for better conversion.
• Coordinate with operations and property‑management teams to ensure listings reflect the actual property.
• Monitor performance metrics (views, conversion rates, booking trends) and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct competitor and market research to benchmark listings.
• Troubleshoot listing issues and liaise with platform support when needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in short‑term rental, Airbnb, property management or listing management.
• Hands‑on experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or similar platforms.
• Strong written English and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience writing property descriptions and marketing copy.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines independently.

• PMS/channel‑manager tools such as Hostaway, Guesty, Hostfully, Lodgify (preferred)
• Basic SEO and listing‑optimisation principles
• Revenue‑management tools like PriceLabs (preferred)
