Senior DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStackFullStack is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer specialized in Kubernetes to join a U.S. client’s remote team serving Latin America. You will work side‑by‑side with designers and engineers, delivering reliable, scalable infrastructure for containerized applications.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, operate, and maintain containerized workloads on Kubernetes clusters.
• Build and improve deployment automation and service lifecycle management.
• Configure and manage DNS architecture, email infrastructure (SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and domain delegation.
• Develop web‑scraping, content generation, and data‑transformation pipelines.
• Implement monitoring and observability using Grafana, Prometheus or similar tools.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure‑as‑code across AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Design and secure PKI/TLS certificates and secure communication protocols.
• Contribute to open‑source platforms, security simulation environments, and red‑team infrastructure when needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Platform Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience with self‑hosted open‑source platforms and internet‑facing services.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and attention to detail.
