About the role

The position provides timely and efficient technical support to end‑users, ensuring that all hardware, software and digital tools operate correctly. The role aims to boost productivity and meet the specific technology needs of each function within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues quickly, focusing on user experience.
• Prepare and configure technology equipment for new hires.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and related devices.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of computers, phones, printers, tablets, accessories and peripherals.
• Install and update software according to role requirements and internal policies.
• Manage quotations, purchases, and procurement of technological equipment.
• Record and follow up purchase orders, coordinating internal approvals.
• Process vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate settlements.
• Communicate continuously with user departments and suppliers to guarantee ongoing support and supply.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Age between 25 and 45 years.
• Active student in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field (at least first year).
• Intermediate English (B1‑B2).
• Strong service orientation, problem‑solving ability and collaborative mindset.
• Organized, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.
