About the role
We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves handling receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of materials and equipment, ensuring efficient inventory management.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and store incoming merchandise.
- Prepare and dispatch materials and equipment.
- Maintain and update both physical and digital inventory records.
- Organize and keep the warehouse clean and orderly.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts.
- Record all entries and exits in the warehouse management system.
- Assist with the movement and delivery of materials within the facility.
- Follow all safety procedures and compliance standards.
Required profile
- High‑school diploma (Bachiller) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse, storage, logistics or inventory handling role.
- Knowledge of inventory control processes and good storage and safety practices.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
