About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves handling receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of materials and equipment, ensuring efficient inventory management.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive, verify, and store incoming merchandise.
  • Prepare and dispatch materials and equipment.
  • Maintain and update both physical and digital inventory records.
  • Organize and keep the warehouse clean and orderly.
  • Participate in periodic inventory counts.
  • Record all entries and exits in the warehouse management system.
  • Assist with the movement and delivery of materials within the facility.
  • Follow all safety procedures and compliance standards.

Required profile

  • High‑school diploma (Bachiller) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse, storage, logistics or inventory handling role.
  • Knowledge of inventory control processes and good storage and safety practices.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
