About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support for our companies and projects in the energy sector. The role involves handling commercial, labor, regulatory and environmental matters, with a focus on electricity, hydro‑electric and solar initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts for operations, supplies, services and energy transactions.
• Manage and monitor permits, environmental licenses and regulatory filings.
• Provide preventive legal advice to identify risks and support strategic decision‑making.
• Handle commercial, labor and compliance issues across the corporate group.
• Track legal processes and represent the company before state institutions and municipal authorities.
• Support compliance with state‑related contracts (PPA, environmental licenses) and corporate documentation.

Required profile

• Law degree and active bar membership in Honduras.
• Minimum six years of experience in corporate law.
• Broad knowledge of commercial, labor, administrative/regulatory and environmental law.
• Experience or familiarity with energy or renewable projects (solar, hydro‑electric).
• Organized, analytical and strong negotiation abilities.
