About the role
We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team in Choloma. The professional will support the legal management of our companies and projects, primarily within the energy, hydro‑electric and solar sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Review and draft contracts related to operations, supplies, services and energy.
- Monitor permits, licenses and regulatory procedures with authorities and municipalities.
- Provide preventive legal advice to identify risks and aid decision‑making.
- Handle commercial and labor matters for the corporate group.
- Assist in legal compliance and corporate documentation.
Required profile
- Licensed attorney in Honduras.
- Minimum two years of experience in corporate law.
- Experience in companies or projects within the energy or renewable sector.
- Knowledge of labor and commercial law.
