About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telemarketing Sales Agent to join our call‑center team in Honduras. The role focuses on promoting IGS consumer assistance services to insurance, bancassurance, and retail clients across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound phone calls to prospective clients to present IGS services.
- Persuade and close sales while meeting or exceeding established targets.
- Provide high‑quality customer service, answer inquiries, and handle objections effectively.
Required profile
- Proven experience in telephone sales and call‑center environments.
- Preferable background in selling banking, insurance, telecommunications, or assistance products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and result‑orientation skills.
- Immediate availability to start.
