About the role

As an Agentic AI Engineer, you will design and develop advanced multi‑step agentic systems to solve complex operational challenges, linking generative AI models with functional tools to create autonomous agents capable of orchestration, coordination, and executing long‑running workflows. You will work remotely with BairesDev’s global team of top tech talent to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑agent orchestration frameworks using tools such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Develop and integrate custom tool‑calling capabilities to expand agent functionality and real‑world impact.
• Architect complex workflows that enable agents to perform multi‑step reasoning and autonomous task execution.
• Optimize agent performance by leveraging deep knowledge of transformer architectures and prompt engineering.
• Implement robust observability and monitoring solutions to track agent behavior, decision‑making, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and automate business processes through agentic AI solutions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in building agentic systems using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Strong proficiency in Python and implementing tool‑calling and multi‑agent coordination.
• Deep understanding of transformer architecture and observability for long‑running AI workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
