AI Machine Learning Engineer – Remote – Latin America

About the role

FullStack is seeking experienced AI Machine Learning Engineers to join its talent network and work on remote, project‑based assignments for U.S. clients. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver cutting‑edge AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and fine‑tune AI/ML models using Python and frameworks such as LangChain.
• Implement retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) techniques and work with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable AI infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into production environments and ensure reliable operation.
• Document architecture decisions, workflows, and best practices.
• Set up and manage MLOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, and production‑grade monitoring.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to take ownership of deliverables.
• Authorization to work full‑time (40 hours/week) in the country of residence; no visa sponsorship offered.
