Analyst, Collections

About the role

The Analyst, Collections is responsible for resolving outstanding balances and addressing inquiries from both internal and external customer accounts. You will partner with customers to research and resolve issues, process adjustments, credits, and write‑offs while ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent customer care.

Key responsibilities

• Research and resolve outstanding issues to collect payment, process adjustments, credits, or write‑offs.
• Review account details for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Reconcile transactions and balances to maintain accurate accounts.
• Initiate credits and adjustments within company policy limits.
• Manage a credit and collection portfolio to reduce past‑due balances and achieve cash targets.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations to resolve billing issues and mitigate risk.
• Assist with difficult accounts and escalations, providing research and responses.
• Communicate collection efforts to sales and customers per corporate policy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3‑5 years of collections experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
