Appointment Setter – Fitness Lead Conversion

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Appointment Setter who loves fitness and excels at phone outreach. You will turn inbound and cold leads into booked appointments, acting as the proactive voice of our brand.

Key responsibilities

• High‑volume outbound calls to fresh paid leads and backlog prospects.
• Engage prospects, overcome objections, and secure firm appointments on the sales calendar.
• Execute automated and manual text/email follow‑ups to maximize conversions.
• Log call details, update lead statuses, and maintain accurate records in our CRM.
• Build authentic rapport using fitness terminology and gym culture knowledge.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inside sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
• Hunter mentality with high energy and resilience to high call volumes.
• Familiarity with gym culture, workout terms, and current fitness trends.
• Strong spoken English, active listening, and persuasive communication.
• Comfortable navigating modern CRM platforms and dialer tools.
