Architect – Revit Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect with strong Revit experience to lead the production of construction documentation and coordinate multidisciplinary projects. The role demands precision, code‑compliance, and the ability to deliver high‑quality 3D visualisations.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings (sections, elevations, wall typologies) for Department of Buildings approval.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Create high‑quality 3D renderings, primarily using Lumion (other software accepted).
• Develop comprehensive schedules for doors, windows, plumbing, and lighting fixtures.
• Model and maintain accurate Revit models that meet architectural and construction standards.
• Ensure all designs are code‑compliant, meet client expectations, and adhere to project deadlines.
• Tag and annotate drawings to clearly communicate design intent.
• Manage project documentation and deliverables with precision.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Strong engineering/architectural background with proven experience in Revit, AutoCAD, and Lumion.
• Ability to draft, layout, and perform basic calculations for construction details.
• Professional attitude, solid written and verbal communication, and strong teamwork orientation.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and compliance with instructions.
