About the role

We are looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Advisor to join our commercial team and drive growth for our clients in the automotive sector. The role involves field‑based B2B sales activities, building strong relationships and delivering consultative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Active prospecting of new B2B customers in the automotive market.
• Providing consultative advice to match client needs with product offerings.
• Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Ensuring post‑sale customer satisfaction and fostering long‑term loyalty.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment, automotive, machinery or industrial supplies.
• Understanding of automotive technical specifications, financing and leasing schemes.
• Education in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (student or graduate).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong results orientation and ability to work independently in the field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for lead and pipeline management.
• Knowledge of automotive technical specifications and financing/lease structures.
