Asistente de Proyecto – Danlí

About the role

We are looking for a Project Assistant to support our engineering and construction team in Danlí. The role involves daily coordination of site and office activities, ensuring that project documentation and reports are up‑to‑date and readily available.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organize and maintain technical documentation, progress reports and administrative records.
• Assist in monitoring the project schedule, material usage and resource allocation.
• Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors and on‑site personnel.
• Prepare reports for management and support meeting organization, field visits and basic quality checks.

Required profile

• Technical or university education in civil engineering, architecture, business administration or related fields (completed or in progress).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and proactive attitude in both office and construction environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Availability to work on‑site in El Paraíso and travel to project sites when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using email and project management platforms.
