About the role

The Human Talent Assistant supports the recruitment and selection process, helping the organization attract and retain qualified professionals while promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Publish job vacancies on employment portals, social networks and other channels.
• Search, filter and shortlist resumes according to the required profiles.
• Contact candidates to schedule interviews and assessments.
• Administer psychometric and technical tests relevant to each position.
• Coordinate interview sessions and verify references and background information.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database and track the status of each selection process.
• Prepare documentation and manage personnel files for selected candidates.
• Generate reports on recruitment activities and provide information to applicants.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their talent needs and support onboarding activities.

Required profile

• Technical, technologist or final‑semester student in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection processes.
• Availability to work full time and basic knowledge of HR administrative procedures.
