About the role

We are seeking a confident communicator to join our sales team as a B2B Cold Caller and Appointment Setter. You will introduce our services to marketing executives across the United States, qualify prospects, and schedule qualified meetings for our sales professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to marketing executives and business decision‑makers in the U.S.
• Engage with titles such as Marketing Director, CMO, Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, and business owners.
• Present our services clearly and conversationally.
• Qualify prospects by asking thoughtful questions and identifying fit.
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive experience.
• Book qualified appointments and coordinate calendars for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of call outcomes, notes, and follow‑up activities.
• Participate in call reviews, role‑plays, and coaching sessions to continuously improve sales skills.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English that is easily understood by U.S. customers.
• Confidence speaking with senior business decision‑makers over the phone.
• Strong active‑listening and questioning abilities.
