About the role
Play Based Projects is seeking a passionate bilingual teacher to join its early‑learning team in Gibson Bight, Roatán. The teacher will deliver elementary instruction in both English and Spanish while fostering a creative, play‑based learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide classroom instruction for elementary students using bilingual (English/Spanish) methods.
- Design and implement play‑based learning activities that support basic education goals.
- Collaborate with fellow staff to develop and adapt curriculum materials.
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Required profile
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Teacher training or demonstrable experience in basic education.
- Preferably holds teaching documentation or qualifications from the UPN.
- Enthusiasm for working with children in a creative, play‑based setting.
