About the role
Do you have sales experience and thrive on earning uncapped commissions? This is your opportunity to join a growing team and maximize your income while helping trucking companies across the U.S. stay compliant and succeed. The position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, career growth opportunities, and the chance to work in a fast‑growing industry supporting trucking businesses nationwide. It is an on‑site role at Corporativo Lafayette in San Pedro Sula, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities with trucking companies across the U.S.
- Present and sell DOT Compliance & Permitting services.
- Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
Required profile
- Prior sales experience is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Results‑driven mindset with a passion for sales.
- Dynamic, proactive, and self‑motivated personality.
- Basic computer skills.
