BPO Network Support Engineer (NOC) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a BPO Network Support Engineer to join our 24/7 Network Operations Center. The role is fully remote and focuses on monitoring and maintaining enterprise‑level network infrastructure for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network devices and respond to alerts in a 24/7 NOC environment.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues across Cisco, Aruba, Meraki switches and wireless access points.
• Investigate and resolve network outages and performance degradations.
• Perform basic diagnostics using CLI tools and document incidents, root causes and resolutions.
• Escalate complex problems to senior engineers and support infrastructure recovery efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stable and secure network operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in network support, NOC or similar operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Aruba, Meraki hardware.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching concepts.
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
