About the role

You will handle customer information and speak with customers while understanding the entire sales funnel. The role involves using the phone, following Standard Operating Procedures, and entering data into the CRM. You will receive first‑week training and be fully integrated after the first month.

Key responsibilities

Learn quickly and adapt to the sales process.
Speak with customers and schedule garage appointments.
Follow the full sales funnel and SOPs.
Use the phone for inbound customer interactions.
Enter customer and sales information into the CRM.
Close deals and negotiate terms when needed.

Required profile

Experience in US sales (home services experience is a plus).
C2 level English proficiency.
Smart, responsible, and confident.
Willing to learn and communicate clearly.

Required skills

CRM usage.
Jobber (experience not required).

What we offer

Payment in USD or local currency according to candidate preference.
Full‑time remote opportunity.
Monday‑Friday schedule, 09:00–17:00 ET (50 hours/week).
Potential weekend or extra‑hour assignments.
