About the role
The position is focused on providing efficient and courteous service to patients and users while accurately handling cash‑register operations, payments and related tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to patients and users at the cash desk, ensuring a friendly and professional interaction.
- Process payments, collect fees and manage cash transactions according to established procedures.
- Maintain the cash drawer, perform cash counts and reconcile daily totals.
- Handle receipts, issue invoices or tickets, and manage refunds when required.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth workflow and accurate financial records.
Required profile
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
- Responsible attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation.
- Experience in cash handling is valued but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Cash handling and basic arithmetic.
- Operation of a point‑of‑sale or cash register system.
What we offer
- Monthly salary of L 15,979.13.
- Overtime compensation in accordance with the work schedule.
