Client Success Specialist – Remote (Honduras)

About the role

We are looking for a Client Success Specialist to join BPO Innovations’ remote team in Honduras. The role focuses on managing post‑sale relationships, onboarding new clients, and ensuring campaigns deliver the expected results. You will work closely with sales, ad operations, and creative teams to drive client satisfaction and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post‑sale point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining proactive and professional communication.
• Guide new clients through onboarding, dashboard access, reporting portals, and internal processes.
• Coordinate campaign launch activities with Sales, Ad Operations, Creative, and other internal teams.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as pacing, engagement, conversions, ROI/ROAS and flag risks or opportunities early.
• Prepare clear performance reports and lead regular client review meetings.
• Translate campaign data into actionable optimization recommendations.
• Own client‑facing communication during issue resolution and ensure timely closure.
• Track account health, renewal timing, and address at‑risk accounts to support retention.
• Identify expansion signals for upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate notes, campaign details, and next steps in the CRM.
• Communicate client priorities and changes to Sales and internal teams.
• Contribute to process improvement by standardizing handoffs, checklists, and workflows.
