Clinical Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Clinical Operations Coordinator to support academic and operational processes within a higher‑education environment. The role ensures smooth documentation, onboarding, affiliate partnerships, faculty support, and administrative workflows that enable successful clinical education experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organize affiliate documentation, records, and operational trackers.
• Monitor deadlines, renewal processes, and documentation requirements.
• Support affiliate orientations and related activities.
• Assist with onboarding processes for new faculty, tracking requirements and completion status.
• Coordinate communications, scheduling, and logistics for faculty onboarding.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with operational projects, process improvements, and compliance‑related communications.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and support webinars or training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in administrative support, operations, project coordination, onboarding, or education.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
