Cold Caller – Remote Sales Outreach

About the role

We are seeking a confident communicator to join our remote sales team. As a Cold Caller, you will introduce our marketing services to executives across the United States, qualify prospects, and schedule qualified meetings for our sales professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to marketing executives and business decision‑makers in the U.S.
• Engage with titles such as Marketing Director, CMO, Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, and business owners.
• Present our services clearly and conversationally.
• Qualify prospects by asking thoughtful questions and identifying good fits.
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive experience.
• Book qualified appointments and coordinate calendars for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of call outcomes, notes, and follow‑up activities.
• Participate in call reviews, role‑plays, and coaching to continuously improve sales skills.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English that is easily understood by U.S. customers.
• Comfortable speaking with senior business decision‑makers over the phone.
• Strong active‑listening ability and curiosity about businesses.
• Coachable, resilient, and able to maintain a positive attitude after rejection.
• Highly organized with attention to detail for CRM and follow‑up tasks.
• Fast learner who quickly grasps new products, services, and sales techniques.
• Professional demeanor that represents the company with confidence and integrity.
