Collections Call Representative – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Collections Call Representative to handle and resolve outstanding accounts for residential and commercial clients. This fully remote position requires professional communication with clients and accurate reporting of collection activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct effective and professional collection calls to clients.
• Prepare and deliver reports based on supplied data and documentation.
• Provide timely updates on collection status and workload.
• Manage day‑to‑day workflow, prioritising and assigning collection activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant collection policies and regulations.
• Maintain thorough records of tasks, pointers, and process updates.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Verifiable experience in collections or a related field.
• Professional attitude and ethical behaviour.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, organise tasks and pay attention to detail.
• Capability to follow instructions and comply with policies.
