About the role
The Vehicle Fleet Controller ensures that all company vehicles are available, operational, and well‑maintained when needed. By monitoring each unit, you will help keep the fleet organized and ready for daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and control the vehicle fleet, guaranteeing availability and proper documentation.
- Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure records are up‑to‑date.
- Track processes related to vehicle acquisition, operation, sale, rental, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate registers of each unit and coordinate any required updates.
Required profile
- Graduate in logistics, mechanical, industrial engineering or a related field.
- At least six months of experience in fleet management.
- Valid driver’s license.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
