About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will lead the planning and execution of marketing and advertising activities for the company's pharmaceutical products. Working closely with local and regional teams, the role ensures that campaigns align with strategic plans and drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement marketing and advertising initiatives for pharmaceutical product lines.
• Align activities with local and regional marketing plans to meet sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor actions to adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, regulatory, and product teams to ensure compliant messaging.
• Prepare performance reports and present results to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong knowledge of promotion and sales processes in the pharma market.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital design and marketing tools such as Illustrator.
• Experience using Meta platforms for advertising.
• Ability to work with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence applications in marketing.
• Intermediate competence with standard office software.
