About the role

As a Branch Coordinator at COMPU+ S. de R.L., you will be responsible for the daily management of the branch, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Santa Rosa de Copán.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day branch activities and ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead and schedule the team, monitor performance against commercial targets and service quality standards.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and prepare administrative reports.
• Track sales performance, identify improvement opportunities and propose process optimizations.
• Collaborate with other company areas to maintain effective internal communication.

Required profile

• Strong coordination and leadership abilities with experience organizing tasks, schedules and motivating staff.
• Basic administrative skills: cash handling, inventory tracking, report generation and document control.
• Commercial mindset and customer‑service orientation, capable of spotting sales opportunities and resolving issues.
• Excellent oral and written communication, result‑driven, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Technical or university education in administration, commercial management or related fields; prior experience leading a branch team is highly valued.
