About the role

We are looking for a creative Copywriter / Content Creator to join our agency in Honduras. You will turn ideas into compelling concepts, develop advertising strategies and lead campaigns from brief to client presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and write copy for diverse brands across multiple media channels.
• Develop strategic advertising campaigns that align with client objectives.
• Present creative proposals and campaign ideas to clients.
• Lead projects from inception to delivery, ensuring quality and deadlines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, strategists and account managers.
• Integrate AI tools into the creative workflow to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Advertising or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of copywriting or content creation experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Excellent writing skills and advanced command of Spanish.
• Proven track record of developing concepts, campaigns and copy for various media.
• Experience presenting ideas to clients and defending creative decisions.
• Strong ability to lead projects independently and work under pressure.
• Interest and experience with AI‑driven creative tools.
• Innovative, strategic mindset focused on results.
