Customer Experience & Sales Support (Remote, Honduras)

About the role

We are a U.S.-based company looking for a motivated Customer Experience – Sales Support professional to join our growing team. This fully remote position is open exclusively to candidates residing full‑time in Honduras and combines sales outreach with excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to leads through cold calls and emails to start conversations.
• Conduct virtual meetings to present and promote our products/services.
• Build strong rapport with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close mutually beneficial deals.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up and communication to ensure client satisfaction.
• Track leads, opportunities, and activities using our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to meet goals.
• Work independently with strong initiative and sound judgment.

Required profile

• Advanced English (spoken, written, and listening).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a hybrid role.
• Strong computer and system navigation skills; CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Positive and professional communication style.
• Fast typing skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
