Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for customers of a solar energy systems provider, delivering a seamless experience before, during and after installation. Working remotely, you will handle inquiries, schedule appointments and ensure clear communication across sales, operations and installation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and messages, providing courteous and professional assistance.
• Follow up on inquiries, requests, and service needs, documenting all interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate appointments for inspections, installations and other services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date electronic files and customer records in the CRM system.
• Prepare reports, organize project documents and facilitate information flow between departments.
• Escalate issues requiring management or technical attention and attend weekly virtual operational review meetings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, administrative assistance or appointment coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Soho CRM.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
