About the role

This position goes beyond traditional customer service. You will manage customer cases and tickets, accurately document issues, provide basic technical troubleshooting, and ensure proper follow‑up and escalation when needed.

Key responsibilities

Manage customer requests, incidents, and support cases from initial contact through resolution or escalation.
Accurately document interactions, issues, findings, and actions taken in the ticketing system.
Review and verify case information to ensure tickets contain all relevant details.
Perform basic technical troubleshooting and identify appropriate resolution steps.
Follow established escalation procedures for cases requiring higher‑level support.

Required profile

Strong English communication skills (required).
High school diploma (college education a plus).
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, ticket or case management is an advantage.
Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
