Customer Success Agent (Remote)

About the role

The Customer Success Agent will serve as the primary point of contact for users of our client’s mobile platform. You will actively monitor the application, onboard new users, and ensure a smooth experience during the upcoming release.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with clients and users via calls and messages.
• Onboard and guide new users through the platform.
• Follow up with users to gather feedback and resolve issues.
• Log tickets for the engineering team and track their resolution.
• Monitor the app and online platforms for bugs or performance problems.
• Provide general customer and administrative support.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or support.
• Native-level English with clear pronunciation.
• Willingness to learn and comfort working with technology.
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
• Optional: Spanish proficiency or construction industry experience.
