Customer Success Representative II

About the role

Alia Services is seeking an experienced Customer Success Representative II to own customer orders, resolve issues quickly, and become a trusted resource within the Customer Success team. This fully remote, full‑time position works closely with customers, suppliers, Account Executives, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned customer orders from entry to shipment.
• Monitor shipping timelines and ensure deliveries stay on schedule.
• Communicate proactively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to address order‑related questions.
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to fellow Customer Service Representatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑service or order‑management role.
• Strong communication skills with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable handling multiple orders and prioritising issues.
