Customer Success Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Success Virtual Assistant to support a Nashville‑based lead‑generation company. The role is fully remote but requires the candidate to reside in Honduras. You will work closely with the Operations lead to build and manage outbound campaigns on behalf of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and set up outbound lead‑generation campaigns, including drawing target areas and enriching contact data.
• Prepare outreach sequences in Instantly and manage account details in HubSpot.
• Track campaign status, template updates, and task progress using the team’s weekly tracker.
• Send outreach, monitor results, and flag items for Operations review before launch.
• Handle opt‑outs and maintain compliance of outreach lists.
• Communicate daily with the Operations lead via Slack and Google Suite on task status and blockers.
• Maintain organized documentation to ensure continuity during coverage gaps.
• Identify recurring issues or process gaps and report them to the client’s team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer success, sales/marketing operations, or as a virtual assistant.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and organizational habits.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a fully remote, part‑time‑to‑start role.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace.
