Delivery Director (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Delivery Director to lead multicultural, globally‑distributed project teams. The role is fully remote and reports to the VP of Delivery, ensuring that our software outsourcing portfolio meets quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Direct project management practices using Agile methodologies across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with the PMO to define and execute processes for Project Managers.
• Maintain consistent HR policies in partnership with People Experience.
• Support delivery managers and project managers, escalating issues to the VP when needed.
• Define global forecasts and ensure compliance with established methodologies.
• Work with Account VPs to resolve complex client issues.
• Facilitate transparent communication between Project Managers and customers.
• Guarantee customer and team satisfaction throughout each project.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in software outsourcing project management (time‑and‑materials, personnel, budgets).
• Strong customer orientation and budget management experience.
• Background in software development management and Agile methodologies.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer.
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Advanced English proficiency.
